Once a family man, Nuno ventured to Italy and mastered "Pizza Romana". He established Corso, a unique dining and art experience in Burgau. Now under the leadership of his son Lourenço and brother Pedro, Corso continues to offer a memorable mix of emotion and 'saudade'.

We're like a big pizza-loving family, with most of us being locals, you get a true Portuguese touch of Burgau and it's people.

I love the menu here since it provides some new combinations. The dough is fresh and even the crush is yummy. Moreover, their spicy oil is amazing. It gives a nice aroma and real heat.
The menu isn't very large but the food that is on it is delicious. There is plenty of choice and everything is fresh and homemade

Very fine dough, excellent ingredients, perfectly cooked. Wow! And the Rucola-Parmesan-salad for starters with its tasty marinade was delicious. A big thank-you to Lorenzo, the cook, and his team!
